Hudson Valley Wireless is an established 15-year old Telecommunications / Infrastructure company that is expanding and looking to hire an Entry to Mid-Level Service / Installation technicians.
We currently support over 2,500 sq miles of network throughout the Capital Region delivering Broadband Internet Access to Rural Communities.
Technicians will primarily troubleshoot problems with residential and commercial fixed wireless solutions that are installed as an alternative to the major Cable and Telephone companies Internet product. We are looking for motivated individuals interested in working with technology and people.
Hudson Valley Wireless was awarded a large capital grant to expand Broadband Internet Access throughout the Capital Region.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ABOUT THE POSITION
The Help Desk Technician helps to monitor and troubleshoot network equipment at the Data Center, Towers and Customer Premise. Additional responsibilities may include troubleshooting / maintenance of wireless equipment, backup power systems and related network infrastructure.
